Current acu-doula services include in office consultations, birth planning, acupuncture and labor preparation.

Birth is sacred—an initiation, a threshold, a powerful unfolding of the body and spirit. As a trained acu-doula, we weave together tiem honored practices, intuition, and energetic awareness. Acu-doula support offers acupressure, breathwork, and herbal wisdom to honor the sacred nature of your journey.

Acu-doula services support fertility, pregnancy, birthing and post-partum periods.
